Molarity of HCl in a solution

A 10.0-mL sample of aqueous HCl requires 24.32 mL of 0.134 M of NaOH to reach the endpoint. What is the molar concentration of HCl? The equation for the reaction is

NaOH + HCl > NaCl + H2O

I was told to convert the mL of NaOH to liters because 0.134 M is a moles per liter value. But I don't know where to go from there.
