If an enzyme has more than one optimal pH should I get the average?

A question in my chemistry book asks for the optimal temperature and pH of an enzyme. We are supposed to calculate it from this table. I know the optimal pH is 7, but what about the temperature. Should I just take an average of all five or list all five as being the optimal temperatures.

T = 4oC

T = 20oC

T = 37oC

T = 45oC

T = 80oC

I would be more inclined to say that the enzyme is independent of temperature between 4C and 80C.
