I forgot all about thermodynamics and I need to finish this worksheet.
1.
A 12 oz. can soda contains 450g of liquid. How many joules are released when a this soda is cooled from 25 C to 4C
2. How many joules are required to heat 250 grams of liquid water from 0 C to 100 C
3. How many joules are required to melt 100g of water at 0 C
4. How many joules are required to boil 150g of water at 100 C
6. Calculate the amount of heat needed to convert 190.0g of liquid water at 18 C to steam at 100 C 2 calculations
7. How many joules are required to heat 200g of water from 25 C to 125 C
8 How many joules are given off when 120 g of water are cooled from 25 G to -25 C
9. How many joules are requierd to heat 75 g of water from -85 C to 185 C
10. How many joules are required to heat a frozen can of juice 360g from -5 c to 110 C.

Specific heat of water = 4.1855 [J/(g·K) so for Q2 you have 250g water and a temperature change of 100C. So 4.185 x 250 x100 J
