Finding resulting ions after doing a neutralization reaction

How would you find the resulting ions after you have titrated a neutralization rxn. For example Mg(OH)2 + 2HCl= 2H2O+ MgCl2

The first thing you need to do is look at a solubilty chart and figure out if each compound is a solid , liquid, gas or aqueous soluion.

Mg(OH2(s) + 2HCl(aq) →MgCl2(aq) + 2H2O(l)

Now that you have that figured out anything with (aq) will dissociate into ions.

oh my goodness thank you so much!
