lewis structure Cl2O2

i am have problems draw the Cl2O2  it like this and is trigonal planar

              O
            -
          -
cl----cl
          -
            -
            O

is this close the electrons around the cl and o iam not for  sure because i think this is a peroxide

I found the reference below which, if correct, is a peroxide. This would be easy towork out where the electrons are. I reckon 3 lone pairs on each Cl, 2 lone pairs on each O and bonded pairs between Cl-O, O-O and O-Cl. The second reference seems to give a lot of detail
