These are some problems that I got and I can't seem to solve them.

Calculate the number of moles of Cl atoms in .86g of C2H4Cl2

Also, calculate the total number of atoms in .29g NH4NO3

The molar mass of  is C2H4Cl298.960 g/mol

The molar mass of NH4NO3 is 80.0432 g/mol

Any help would be appreciated

Do not quote me on this, someone should check this first. I need to brush up on my chemistry. This is answer to 1st question.
convert to moles:
.86g C2H4Cl2 x ( 1 mol / 98.60g Cl2) = .0087 mol C2H4Cl2
number of moles of Cl2:
.0087 mol C2H4Cl2 x ( 2 mol Cl2 / 1 mol C2H4Cl2) = .0174 mol Cl2
